Price Discounts
Discounts for courses are based on an aggregated purchase dollar level that includes the amount spent on all products. Once a district (including all schools in the district) exceeds a set dollar level, a discount will be applied to further qualified purchases in the same school year. For 2012-13 year, the dollar level is $6,000. Discounts are available for MVS Plus (except AP) and MVS Basic courses. Discounts are not available for MVS Blended courses as they are already priced at a significant discount.

Consortiums
MVU has established partnerships with nine regional consortiums representing 32 different ISDs and districts to provide for the efficient exchange of MVS courses and information between the participating regions. There is no charge for establishing a consortium agreement and it comes with many benefits to both partners. Consortia arrangements are available to all schools in Michigan. For more information on the consortium partnerships, please contact Tim Lewis at tlewis@mivu.org.

Course Materials
MVS
course fees/enrollments may not include books or materials (e-Textbooks are available in most courses). AP courses and MVS Basic and MVS Blended courses may require that schools purchase books directly from the publisher or wherever they can get the best price. Visit the Apex website for a course materials list for all MVS Basic and MVS Blended courses.
